Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.
- UK Orders: Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Orders: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can monitor delivery.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel orders once they’ve been processed or dispatched. Please review your order carefully before confirming at checkout.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship to selected international countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location.

Q: Are your perfumes authentic?
A: Absolutely. All our perfumes are 100% authentic and genuine, sourced directly from official Middle Eastern fragrance establishments, including countries like Oman, and shipped straight to the UK. We only sell brand new, sealed products to ensure the highest quality and freshness.
Q: Can I request a sample before purchasing a full-size perfume?
A: We currently do not offer samples. However, we’re working on introducing this option soon — stay tuned!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
A: All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of perfume products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed and dispatched.
Q: What if I don’t like the scent?
A: We understand that fragrance is personal. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on scent preference. Please read product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Q: Can I exchange my item?
A: Exchanges are only accepted if:
- The item is unused and in sealed, original packaging
- The product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
To request an exchange, please email muskorauk@gmail.com with:
- Your Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Q: What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
A: Please contact us immediately and provide:
- Your Order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the Packaging and Shipping box
If eligible, we will arrange an exchange for the same item only. We do not offer exchanges for different scents, sizes, or products.
